Dual Enrollment

Applying for Dual Enrollment

1. Email our Dual Enrollment Director, Ms. Lewis to set up a meeting. (elewis@csdecatur.net)
2. Complete the application to the selected college or university (See above for most popular colleges)
3. Submit documents required by the college (see college for deadlines)
4. Complete the Online Dual Enrollment Funding Application at GA Futures
5. Access the GA Futures Dual Enrollment Course Directory to select courses 
6. Check the college course schedule to ensure your selected class is being offered at a time that fits with your DHS schedule
7. Submit the Course Request Form 
   • Applying for Spring Semester opens mid October
   • Applying for Fall Semester opens mid March
8. If you are 18 years old and male you must complete the Selective Service Form to receive funding from the state
9. Stay in touch with Ms. Lewis to ensure you are enrolled for courses!
